all the fuses are good. it starts with fluid in the intake, good spark, cranks normal.

Q. Where is the fuel pump located,
in the tank? is the an access hole under the rear seat?

Your fuel pump is located on top of the fuel tank. Remove the rear seat cushion and the floor service hole cover to access (pictured below, fig.1). The fuel pump and sending unit are one whole assembly. FIGURE 1
