When the vehicle parked nose down, it smokes white smoke on startup. It smells a bit like a burnt clutch. Pressure tested and passed. No coolant drop.

The smell is important, also where is the white smoke coming from? Does it smell like burnt engine oil? or does it smell pungent like burnt coolant? Please go over this guide which can help us get started on fixing the problem:

It could be that now that the weather is cold water can be trapped inside the exhaust system which takes longer to evaporate, does the smoke go away after driving it for a while? Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can see? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response.
