Sometimes, not always, car will not start after driving 25 miles to town, as stopping to get gas. Car will not start until 15 - 20 minutes, then starts right up. Adding to my question: "will not start" means when turn key, only hear a "click." 10 to 15 minutes later starts right up. Battery tests excellent; starter was replaced for same problem, April 2017. Less than 10,000 miles driven since then.

This sounds like the crankshaft angle sensor or the fuel pump has gone out. when you turn the key to the on position without cranking the engine over can you hear the fuel pump run in the tank for 5 seconds? These guides should help us fix it:

Please run down these guides and report back. For the clicking it sounds like the positive battery cable needs to be replaced.
