Should I replace timing belt also, at same time? It comes in a kit, but I do not have the funds to get kit, just water pump?

Hello, I am Danny.

The reason why it all can be bought together in a kit is because once the front components are removed from the engine to access the timing belt you need to know that the timing belt actually drives the water pump. It is considered preventative maintenance to replace that at the same time. I have attached a tutorial showing what is involved. Hope this helps and feel free to ask any questions if needed. Thanks for using 2CarPros.
