Water pump/timing belt/cam and crank seal(s)?

The impeller is completely destroyed and gone. The engine was overheating so we found at least 1 of the culprits. In the inlet passage there is what appears to be some kind of pressed in ring that is also damaged. It is also very corroded. Have never seen one of these damaged or look like it is not in completely straight.

Figured out that it is the rusted out end of the transfer, crossover, water tube, etc. Already ordered a new pipe and new rings. Now I'm just trying to figure out the labor time. Already know it requires removing the upper and lower intakes. Just not sure what else is required or if there are any other components that are recommended to replace while doing this job. Started as just a water pump, timing belt, thermostat and coolant flush and has turned into this and set me back until next Monday(waiting on a new pipe). Definitely going to flush out the engine block as best as I can. Going to flush the radiator separately and the heater core separately. Can only imagine what's going to come out of the block.

Yep, that cooling system needs service. So, is the tube leaking or why do you think you need to replace it? Thanks for the image.
