Crank no start issue

My car will turn over but will not start. Has spark and it is getting gas. I do not know what it is. It started when my battery died and I had to jump it off, now it has a fresh battery in it.

Hello,

When you jumped the battery did the jumpers get crossed (backwards)? Will the engine run when you use starting fluid?
