:? we just picked up a 91 Volvo 740 turbo and we can't get the air cold. the pressure seems to OK but the pump cycles on and off about every 15 seconds, tso the pressure is only sustained for very short periods. any ideas

cycling switch or the pressure is too low

you should service the system to make sure you have about 2.0 lbs. of 134A freon in the system and of course check for leaks
