Volt gauge stopped working, heater stuck on high

So I was leaving work and out of the blue my digital temperature reading blacked out, heater stuck on high even with turning it off. Also my volt gauge stopped working lol. Also my overdrive button quit along with rear defrost. Well, I read a post on here to check the "run" fuse, bam! Blown. So I put a 15 amp back in and everything worked again. Sixty seconds later I smelled a slight burning and it popped the fuse again. Brand new alternator and battery. Help

Hello,

There are many things the run fuse powers but one of them is the cluster. I would remove the cluster and then replace the fuse to see if is blows. Here is a wiring diagrams showing what all the run fuse powers. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
