There is a tensioner/roller that is accessible from under the vehicle. Loosen both 6mm allen bolts and push the roller upwards. This will allow enough slack in the belt to slip it off the pulley.
You'll need to put a 17mm wrench on the bracket to tension the new belt while tightening the 6mm allens.
