1971 Volkswagen Beetle 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual unknow miles

I cant get the left turn signal to work, the right works and all other lights work including hazards. Any suggetions? I have changed all of the fuses. The odomotor does not work which doesnt bother me. Also does this car have high beam lights? If so where is the switch to change them?

The high and low beams switch is located on the turn signal, just pulled towards you, if it does not work most likely you have a bad turn signal switch, that will resolve both of your problems.
