2000 Volkswagen Beetle Car Working Fine Last Night Sudden Today Though Heat

My car was working fine last night. All of a sudden today though my heat, air, wipers, and turn signals quit working. It is not a fuse and my headlights and emergency flashers still work fine. Does any one have a clue what this may be? Please help!

Check that the Load Reduction Relay is turning ON (has power from fuse S176 on one of the relay pin sockets and that one of the pins
has power when the Key is turned to ON (power from the Ignition switch).

Located on the relay panel to the left of the foot pedals (see attached image).

Check fuse S176 (110A) in the fuse box on top of the battery (fusible metal link)
