I purchased the car listed above it is the GT model from a private party a couple of years ago. It also has a Whipple supercharger that was put on by the previous owner. I store the vehicle during winter months and start the vehicle once a month during those months. When I started it the second time this year it started very hard and ran very rough for about ten to fifteen minutes, then it shuts off and will not start again for at least a day. When I put my diagnostic tool on it said the fuel pressure sensor was bad. I have replaced the fuel sensor, the fuel filter and the dual fuel pump. The vehicle still does the same thing. Any other suggestions?

Hello,

Lets start by removing the spark plugs and see what they look like, keep them in order so if one or more are different than the rest we will be able to make a recommendation.

Here is a guide to help you get started.

Please let us know what you find.

That car has two fuel pump control modules as well. It is possible that they are not being controlled, If your scan tool can read live data you can look for the FP_M PID It will show either a % value or a duty cycle value. Normal values run between 80% and 125% and will vary a bit, or you could see a duty cycle of around 50%.
The pressure sender tells the PCM how much fuel pressure it thinks the engine needs based on the programmed charts. If the sensor went bad the PCM could have tried to send the controller into areas it shouldn't go and damaged it.

Another item to check is for animal damage. A single mouse can do a lot of damage by chewing holes in hoses and wiring.
