In the beginning the van would start every so often, now it won't start at all. We replace the neutral safety switch that did not change anything. We replace the ignition switch, we replace the starter. I checked the relays they were all good. I took my test light down to the starter and there's no power with the ignition crank and over through the Wire to the starter.

Hi,

When you say there is no power to the starter, are you referring to the trigger wire on the starter (the smaller one) or the large wire direct from the battery? Also, what engine do you have in the vehicle?

Take a look through this link. It explains how to test a starter. Let me know if that is what you are doing.

If you provide the engine size, I can look through wiring schematics to help see where the problem may be coming from and to guide you as to what should be checked.

Let me know.

Take care,
Joe
