Truck was starting and running fine. Then a couple of months ago I was driving on the interstate around 70 miles per hour and it just quit running. So far I've swapped the fuel pump relay with a spare and it started and ran for about 30 minutes. I shut it off and tried to restart it but it was back to not firing. The engine was replaced about 3 years ago, I've had the coil packs replaced twice, and the fuel pump as well since the motor change. I believe the plugs and plug wires were also replaced.

Can you hear the fuel pump prime for about 2 seconds after you first turn the key to run, before you turn the key to start?
Is there any check engine or security/theft light remaining on or flashing?
Have you checked for spark?
Have you seen if the engine will start and run for a few seconds after a couple of small shots of starting fluid into the throttle opening?
