Hi,
The first thing we need to determine is if it is a fuel or ignition-related issue. Are you able to hear the fuel pump prime when you first turn the key to the run position?
Try this for me. See if the engine starts for a couple of seconds if you use starting fluid. If it does, then we know it is a fuel issue. If it doesn't, then we need to check for ignition spark.
Here are three links you may find of interest. One is how to test ignition spark, one is for testing fuel pressure, and one covers the most common causes of a crank no start condition.

If you are uncomfortable using starting fluid, use the links to check for fuel pressure and spark.
Let me know what you find or if you have other questions.
Take care,
Joe
