The car was running fine. I had a headlight fuse that was blown under the hood while the car was running. I pulled the fuse out but accidentally pulled the ignition fuse instead and car shut off. So I went ahead and replace the headlight fuse put the ignition fuse back in and now the car turns over but will not start.

Hi, Tim, and thanks for using 2CarPros.com

Based on your description, something is telling me that maybe another fuse blew when you replaced the ignition. The fuel pump and ignition system both contain fuses. To help narrow it down, I need you to perform the following tests to determine which system is at fault.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-test-an-ignition-system

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-fuel-system-pressure-and-regulator

By doing this, I will know where we need to focus to fix the issue. When performing the fuel pressure test, the fuel service test port is located on the fuel supply line at fuel rail and is covered by a protective cap. I hsve attached a picture to help. Pressure with the engine off and the key on should be between 38psi and 44psi.

Let me know what you find or if you have other questions.

Take care,
Joe
