Truck won't start after I tried putting a performance chip in without taking off neg battery terminal.

I was dumb and forgot to take off the neg battery terminal while trying to install a performance chip on my maf sensor. Now the truck won't turn over. It acts like it wants to start but doesnt. also, 2 of my fuses are working.

We only deal with factory direct fit parts. Will it start if you install the original one?
