I push gas pedal to floor and actually slow down on inclines. I have done a basic tune up spark plugs, wires, distributor and rotor, air and fuel filter s. I need all possible solutions. Can't seem to figure it out. It mostly happens in higher gears unless its a real steep incline. Does fine downhill. Idles pretty rough and I can hear the timing chain rattle when I crank it.

Scan for codes and checkfuel pressure first. Ifyou can hear the chain rattling you beet fix it otherwise you will bend valves on this vehicle

I'm am looking to get it fix but now the truck randomly won't start sometimes I have to keep trying to get it to start. It fires right up most the time and other times it won't. Not the battery cause lights come on. By the way codes are injector leak and idle switch

I can't find a code 23 what engine is in this a 3.0L? Is this like a pickup or a pathfinder? Code 45 diagnostic is shown in pic. I'm sending two different things to check.

Ok you should have 33 psi fuel pressure at the rail wih engine idling. If vacuum is disconnected it will be 43 psi. Your truck still doesn't show a code 23 so i'm taking it that it's a code 21 but check for a vacuum leak with choke spray, spray around intake for leaks. Also take intake vacuum reading at idle if 15" or less suspect a clogged converter.

Check battery for condition then check cables like the ground to make sure it's not dirty/corroded. Then have starter checked
