RAN THROUGH A BUNCH OF WATER PUDDLES DURING BIG RAIN HERE. THATS WHEN NOTICED LOST OF POWER. NOW I CANNOT EVEN ADVANCE THE TIMING FOR BOTTOM END POWER. CAN SOMEONE HELP!

The timing shouldn't be affected by water, so that isn't the issue. I recommend setting the timing at the manufacturer's recommendation. As far as a loss of power, if there is now an engine miss, check to make sure the plug wires and distributor cap are in good condition and not allowing water to cause a miss. Make sure the fuel pressure is within spec. If the check engine light is on, have the computer scanned to identify trouble codes.
