Okay. Here was the problem: The technician who flashed the new BCM and RCDLR forgot to program the tire size and pressure into the RCDLR and that was the reason that the new RCDLR would not retain the TPMS sensors after the relearn process. It was not the DIC and I did not have to replace the DIC. It is finally fixed, TPMS is working correctly now.

Yep, it sounded like that could be the problem sometimes we assume people complete the work correctly but sometime we need to back track. Glad you could get it fixed, that kind of problem can be tough. Please use 2CarPros anytime we are here to help.

Darn it. If this were a Chrysler product I would have mentioned that as we see it occasionally. Never even gave it a thought because I didn’t know GM's were that similar.
