I just inherited a travel trailer and have never pulled one before. Trailer weighs 3000 lb unladen, hitch wt 300#. The Toy's combined wt rating is 7400 lbs so I reckon it can pull it, maybe not up logging roads but on normal highway grades.
The post on how manual transmissions work clearly explains why no transmission cooler is needed, but does not mention towing. Many trailer part vendors seem to advise getting a cooler. I don't even see how it would be possible to hook a normal transmission cooler to a manual transmission. Seems like I would only need to change the gearbox oil more frequently. But just be be sure, do you agree?
