1995 Toyota Pickup Left Turn siganl or Brake lights

When I turn my left turn signal on it flashes like normal. But when I hit the brakes the left turn siganl stops flahing and stays on solid. Also at the the sametime, the right rear brake light does not come on. I've checked the bulbs. Does this sound like sonething the flasher would do?

Just replace the bulbs first

Replaced the bulbs already and still have the same problem
