1986 Toyota Pickup lots of gas in oil

1986 Toyota Pickup 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive 140000 miles

I have put a new carb and pump on and changed the oil and it still getting alot of gas in the oil I start it and in no time It wont start and their is a lot of gas in oil?

Look down the carb's throat do you see fuel dribbling all over if so check the needle valve if its stuck open or float has a pin hole-also check the fuel pump-diaphragm could be ruptured
