1985 Toyota Pickup engine starts and shuts down in 10 sec

Recently replaced fuel tank and pump due to rust, cleaned injectors. Replaced plugs, wires, rotor and cap.
when throttle is set per spec, engine will not continue to run. Truck is a camper with only 53K miles. Plugs are wet when checked. Also check engine light is on but I can't find the connector get a readout.
If I idle the throttle up it will run but has no power, shows no spark advance with throttle up. Timing shows 0 TDC-problem started with bad fuel pump due to rust in tank. Any ideas

Hi alpeterson,

Bridge the connector and get the blinking of the check lights to find the error code.
