1993 Toyota Paseo Toyota Paseo 1993 dies

Hello there, im new here. Please help me with my car.
i have 1993 toyota paseo automatic 177500 mile age.

ok heres the story. 1 week ago I needed to jump start my car. And start but when I turn on my head light it died (i needed to jump start because there no power at all soi kinda new that it was my battery drain but didnt left any lights on) so jumpstart again and it works fine now. But every time I step on the breaks the head lights kinda blinks. So after that my car works fine so fine. But notice that its kinda having hard time to start.

after a week of that. My car does not start again so guessing need to jumpstart. So start head lights on working good. In parking mode. But when I start to drive it it dies when im not steping on the gas. When dies theres a power but its so little power of the car poor lights power etc.

and im not sure what to fix with this is this a alternator problem or I need to change my battery?
