Rough idle

I have a 1998 toyota tacoma 2.4l 2wd. It has poor performance and idles rough. I gave it a full tune up including wires. I also replaced both o2 senors, tps, and egr valve. The oil is clean, and no signs of a head gasket leaks. What can it be? Help!

Check the fuel pressure and also look for a vacuum leak and check out the EGR system.

I took off the plenum and in all cyclinders showed a wet fuel related residue. Is this a fuel pressure trouble or a sensor trouble?

Sounds more like leaking injectors or excessive pressure-do a fuel pressure test.
