Check the throttle position sensor. Also address clogged injector inlet screens, a known cold-weather issue on this model: run a quality injector cleaner for two tanks and replace the fuel filter. If the cut-out continues, have the injectors professionally cleaned. As a last resort, remove the injectors and pull the micro screens from the brass top rings. Replacement injectors are about $175 each.
