hi....my carburetor continues to have fuel run through it even when its turned off. If i dont pull the fuel line off, it fills the cylinders up. It is running rough as guts and often stalls when slowing down. It will also surge when backing off the accelerator. It has recently started to ping at the rear which i feel is a small backfire but am not sure?
