I have a 2000 Corolla with 150,000 miles on it. I ran something over in the road and heard it scrape on the bottom of my car. I cannot localize where it may have hit. How do I know if there is damage?

Jack it up and put jack stands under it, or if you don't have this equipment take to a garage for an inspection.
Look for damage to the oil pan, CV boots, transmission pan and case, converter, exhaust system, steering, gas tank etc.
If you find any damage, fix it now before it becomes a big problem.
