Car has no power

I have a 95 Corolla 1.8 LE It won't start I had the battery tested and it was good. I even tried jump starting it and it doesn't work. The messed up part is when I insert the key I hear the dinging sound, but when I turn the key in the ignition I get no power at all. Lights and nothing works but the dinging sound.

Anything can help. Thanks :cry:
