Should be kick panel on drivers side by left foot or open door and look at end side of dash.

For which circuit? Fuses are in a fuse box under the hood. Fuse "links" used to be wires of a smaller diameter soldered into the wiring harness and had insulation that wouldn't burn. Now fuse links are large fuses that plug in. Often the very large generator fuse is bolted in.

I just bought a 2002 toyota corolla radiator cooling fan dont turn on but I know they worked because I run a cable from the battery terminals and they turn on. I replaced the sensor and some relays and still dont work and the car overheats in a period of time while running because the fans are not getting the signal to turn on. The engine main relay under the hood is missing could that be the problem? And if yes where can I get it I just cant find it.
