I have a nasty noise when I turn left. I only hear this sound at lower speeds. I have already had the wheel bearing replaced. (about a month ago)
Any ideas what it could be?

Try this:

Raise car, put on stands. Grasp tire and push/pull both horizontally and vertically, if any movement then possible wheel bearing, ball joint, tie rod, control arm bushing.

Check CV boots for any signs of leakage or cuts/rips in rubber boot.

Whoever replaced the bearing should have checked the ball joint, bushings, tie rods, control arm etc.
