1989 Toyota Corolla cruise control

The radio in this toyota was replaced with a sony and radio harness was cut.Many fuses had been blown during this procedure. Harness has been replaced and new toyota radio installed. Everthing now works except cruise control. Manual shows a kick panel on passenger side containing breakers. I have been unable to open this box to access the breakers. there is alot of things in the cruise control circuit. id start by checking ecu fuse and check for inputs at cruise control main switch. let us know

hi
the schematic u sent is too small to make out even with glasses and gets worse if zoom is used. U didn,t answer my original question about the passengerside kick panel. Is there anything in there related to the cruise control????

no. there is nothing in there related to the cruise control. sorry about the schematic. i show the ecu-ignition fuse is what is powering the system in fuse block #2. check the black and yellow wire at the switch to see if it has power, if it doesnt then the ecu-ig fuse is bad or there is a broken wire.
