1992 Toyota Celica Signal light staying on

In my 92 Toyota Celica, whenever I turn the lights on, the left turn signal light is on, and it's solid, not blinking. When I actually turn the left turn signal on, instead of blinking it still stays solid. But this only happens with the lights on.

Hello and thanks for the donation

first check all the bulbs for precautionary meaures. If OK check the signal flasher relay. If this is OK as well you will need to inspect the wiring at the signal and headlamp switch. Seems like you may have a ground wire loose.
