1991 Toyota Celica 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual IDK miles

My car will not turn over. The head lights, hazard lights, horn, interior lights are the only things working in the entire car. The airbag light is on though, any ideas what could be wrong? I have checked all fuses and radio doesn't turn on at all? PLZZZZZZ Reply

Check and make sure battery fully charged or try to get a jump
check clutch switch
check starter
