Fuel problems. How many fuel filters does this car have?

That car has two fillters. One right after the fuel tank, and one under the hood.

The car will run when I squrit throttle body cleaner into the throttle body, but when I quit squrting it will quit. I changed the fuel filter under the hood thinking that was the problem but it was not. I also hear the fuel pump huming when I turn the switch on. I think it is working. Can someone help me with this problem?
