Timing problem

I have 1994 Toyota Camry Le 4cyl 2.2L 232k miles the other day the oil pump pulley went bad. I replaced and slid the timing belt back on. Some how I think the timing on the cam was bumped out of position. Tried to start the car and nothing pulled the timing covers off. To reset timing and the cam will go to tdc but the crank wont go to tdc it sorta just stop about at 10 degrees and not at 0. Was wandering if the valves were possibly hit or why the crank wont go to tdc.

Leave it as it is-now go open up the distributor cap-Is the rotor pointing to the no.1 cap tower underneath? If not your 180deg off-turn engine 1 full revolution-look at the timing marks are they align as illustrated and rotor pointing to no.1?
