Will adding Greased Lightning Fuel System Treatment or any fuel system treatment to my car's engine improve it's performance?

It may on a temporary basis typically. Not familiar with that particular brand, but some will have an affect until they run out. Seafoam is good for cleaning carbon deposits when used right. Bumping up your octane will give a better performance as well.

Hi jbartolomeo,
Unless you are putting your car in the race track, if not it would be a waste of $$$.
Bumping up the octane would help ONLY IF the ignition timing is set higher, if not it would not do much.

I agree on the waste of $.
I do see a difference in performance with a higher octane. I don't advocate it, just saying what I experienced.

Hi Service Writer,
Yep, it does improve, but you are not getting the max it can produce if you don't advance the timing which for some models are ECU controlled ;)
