Hey, I have this problem with my crank shaft, at least I think it is my crankshaft. It makes a lot of squeaky noises and wobbles pretty significantly. I've attached a video for anybody that can take a look. I took it to a shop and they say that it's the crank shaft damper is broken and needs to be replaces and the overall replacement and labor costs will run me around $1200 which is includes replacing the crank pulley and replacing all three belts. Is this reasonable and is there possibly a cheaper fix to this problem?

Get out from that shop and never look back. Yes you do need a new harmonic balancer $110, two serpentine belts $40, and 2.5 hours of labor. You don need to find out from a few other shops of what their labor rates are, and ask if they will install your parts. It will be cheaper if you get the parts, instead of the shop getting the parts for your. They mark the price up, sometimes by 100%.
