1997 Camry LE cold start problems.

I have a 1997 Toyota Camry LE 4 cylinder (2.2L)
with A.C.
When I start it when totally cold (parked for at least 8hrs) it will immediately stall. I have to give it steady gas to not stall until it warms up a bit and it will run fine after this.

I hooked up my scanner but show no codes or stored errors.
Any suggestions.

Try cleaning out the throttle bore around the butterfly with carb spray and a rag. Should help raise the idle a little
