My car seems to losing water by pressuring up and going out the radaitor overflow while driving.I've had it in the shop 3 times. They ran test and said it wasn't the head gasket. No water in the oil, no wet spark plug and no white smoke out the exhaust.I've replaced the following items. Radaitor, radaitor cap 3 times, thermostat 2 times, water pump and hoses. Any ideas.

Hi Texas_Mudder,

Thank you for the donation.

Was the radiator cap replaced of the correct specifications?
Are there any air bubbles when coolant is being pushed out to the reserve tank?
I would suspect a head gasket problem. Maybe the cylinder block face is warped too.

The cylinder head gasket is of the metal type highly torqued and does not easily allow water to get into the oil or vice versa.
If there is minimal leak from the head gaskets, it would cause pressure buildup in the cooling system resulting in coolant flowing out to the reserve tank.
This would happen only after some travelling distance.
