1995 Toyota 4Runner V6 Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 139000 miles

I have a toyota 4runner 1995, mileage ; 139000
One day I forgot car key inside, the day after battery gone out, I tried to jump starte by the other car but I make mistake ( wrong pole + - ) the fuse Alt 80 A blowed, I replace the new one, and after that repeat jump battery but when turn on, stater work, engine do not run, I don't know what going on, and what I have to do now

Hi there,

Check for any other fuse and fusible links at the battery, have a fault code read. With flashing the battery like that, you may off spiked the ECU. A code read should give a clue as to what damage has been done.

Thak for your help, but until now engine still do not run, I don't undestand what is off spike the ECU, a fault code read, and how to do that, please show me again Thank-you so much
