He tried to start the car it wouldn't start?

Hello, okay I had asked my cousin to change the oil and oil filter. And change the spark plugs. When he tried to start the car it wouldn't start. Can you please let me know what the problem is?

Hello,

While the spark plugs were change, it is possible to get the wires mixed up. If they do not go back in the exact location the vehicle will not start. It will crank but will not start. As the firing order will be incorrect.

First check the wires and make sure that they are indeed in the correct order.
