1986 Toyota 4Runner rough idle

My truck idles very rough, spitting and spewing. This is not a problem that gradually worked it's way in. One day I woke up and poof there it was. When it is reved at high or low idle it is the same, spitting and spewing. And when it idles for about a minute or less on it's own it finally dies. It sounds like it could be plugs, or wires, electrical. Or maybe the fuel pump. Where should I start? ANy help would be appreciated, Thanks.

Do you have a check engine light and when was the last major tune-up?

Lets get this show on the road check the fuel pressure and comeback with the pressure readings we start here.
