Hi,

According to my repair manuals, it appears to be Honda part number 28500P6H003. Please confirm that when making a purchase.

Let me know if that helps.

In this picture the housing the radiator hose goes to which in the picture is above the solenoid hole, my question is it possible to get more room to drill out the broken bolt with extractor by removing the metal pipe?

Have you removed the hoses? And yes, anything you can get moved will help.

Hi,

In your first post, you mentioned how to reset/clear the code. Was there a diagnostic trouble code related to this sensor? If so, I would replace it. If not, let me know what the code was so I can better direct you.

Based on that code, I suggest replacing it. Chances are that is what set the code.

Let me know if I can help in any way.

Hi,

Since the code is specific to the TCC solenoid, that is the only one I would replace.

Take care,

So, I replaced the torque converter solenoid and still doesn’t seem to want to move, it has a whiny noise near transmission, I am stumped what can be done.

Hi,

Is the noise loud enough for you to record and upload for me to hear?

Let me know.

Is the transmission fluid clean and full as well as the power steering fluid? Also, can you pinpoint approximately where the sound is coming from?

Let me know.
