Some timing marks are on the flywheel, look for a rubber plug on the bellhousing. Try heating the crank bolt up a little, that usually frees them up. Sounds like the cam is advanced 1 tooth. Most likely done at last timing belt replacement. Hondas are non-interference engines, I wouldnt worry about valve damage
