My car shut off after turning a corner, later found out my timing belt broke (a couple teeth came off and it split up the side just a little like a hot dog roll, I don not know if that matters), anyway is it worth trying to fix or is there just too much damage?

Hello, I am Danny.

Just a quick question first. Did the engine make a huge clanking/racket or just shut off? I will find out tomorrow if your car has an interference motor. Hope this helps.

Hello again.

Well if it did not sound like major damage (noises/wreckage/etc). If you want to repair it I would be more than happy to guide you through the repair process. This includes step-by-step procedures. It will take a full eight hour day and needs specialty tool for some steps. I have attached a quick tutorial showing what is involved. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
