Ticking or knocking, are the valves or rocker arms adjustable?

So, what happens on these engines is the roller followers for the valve train fall apart which is usually the needle bearings that fall out. I can tell for sure if you upload a short video of the engine making the noise from under the hood. Please go over this video to see what I am talking about:

Thanks for the video. Yep, that is a roller follower, I would remove the valve cover that is making the most noise for inspection. Use the video to help remove and replace the loose roller follower, also check the camshaft for damage which does not happen very often on these engines. Here is how the valve covers are removed. Sorry if we headed in the wrong direction, it happens. Thanks for the video, it sounds like a roller follower has gone bad, the needle bearing fall out of the follower which makes this noise. Also, if you have a loose spark plug it can cause this noise as well so check those. Please watch the video in the above post to see what I am talking about.
