Ticking or knocking, are the valves or rocker arms adjustable?

I was wondering if the valves or rocker arms on the truck listed above are adjustable. My truck ticks and clunks so badly. Well sometimes it does. Then sometimes I can't hear it. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

So, what happens on these engines is the roller followers for the valve train fall apart which is usually the needle bearings that fall out. I can tell for sure if you upload a short video of the engine making the noise from under the hood. Please go over this video to see what I am talking about:

This shows how to remove and replace the roller followers. Please videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.

Thanks for the video. Yep, that is a roller follower, I would remove the valve cover that is making the most noise for inspection. Use the video to help remove and replace the loose roller follower, also check the camshaft for damage which does not happen very often on these engines. Here is how the valve covers are removed. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.

So my truck which until yesterday I thought was a Triton 5.4 liter v8. Is actually a Triton 4.6 liter v8. I didn't even know they made a 4.6 triton. Anyways so I had asked this question before and may have gotten bad advice due to me giving the wrong spec. So it tics louder at times but almost constantly. Sometimes it sounds Ike it's coming from the oil pan but only occasionally. Ill add a video. This is first time I've started it today

Sorry if we headed in the wrong direction, it happens. Thanks for the video, it sounds like a roller follower has gone bad, the needle bearing fall out of the follower which makes this noise. Also, if you have a loose spark plug it can cause this noise as well so check those. Please watch the video in the above post to see what I am talking about.
