Is there room to change cylinder heads on ford f-150 fx4 5.4l without pulling engine out?

i have to pull left head out because of bad valve on #7. want to try it myself but dont want to get stuck half way into job.

yes and make sure the heads are rebuilt

done a few. very tight especially the right side. take your time. hope you have small hands.
i will pull the motor next time as it takes less time to pull it and do the job than do it in the truck.

its a lotta work leaning over.be sure to tork the head bolts are you doing both sides?
