Open Facebook and type Richard Whitman in search at top screen and I will come up and then you can see the photo of what I am seeing.

That looks like the harmonic balancer that the belt rides on at the front of the crankshaft.

I attached a picture for you to view.

You can access it through the right wheel well after you remove the tire. You will need an air gun or electric gun to release the bolt that holds it tight.

I saw it and posted my response.

That is the harmonic balancer. Looks like it walked forward and flipped the belt off.

You need to replace it.
